Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer

“DW” grew up in Boston and attended Cornell, Harvard and Columbia universities. He co-founded one of the largest health club chains in the Boston area in 1989, established the first health-club based charitable foundation in the industry; “invented” CardioBoxing, and helped pioneer HIIT, MMA and martial arts concepts. He was also a Registered Investment Advisor, restaurant owner, and real estate developer. He studied traditional Japanese martial arts and achieved the rank of Sandan, or 3rd-degree black belt. In his free time, he volunteers as a youth sports coach and Emergency Medical Technician. He founded and serves as chair of an LA County charity assisting the families of law enforcement officers killed or gravely injured in the line of duty. David served for decades on the national boards of several prominent nonprofit and civil rights organizations including the Anti-Defamation League, American Jewish World Service and Jewish Funders Network.

Greg grew up in Wethersfield, CT and has played sports his entire life.  Early on that included soccer, baseball, basketball and tennis.  Now that includes hiking and mountain climbing, beach volleyball, yoga, skiing and tennis.  And attending one of our MBF gym studios at least once a week, which he genuinely believes is the best workout you can get in an hour-long class. Greg is a graduate of Wake Forest, Harvard Law School, and Harvard Business School. He is the Founder & CEO of Venice Brands, a privately held company whose mission is to create and scale category leading brands that focus on health, wellness and sustainability.  He has created and continues to oversee multiple consumer-branded companies, including  Joolies, Desert Valley Date, KinderFarms, Mayweather Boxing + Fitness, Enroot, Only Skin, MBF America and Bread Head.

Adam is a co-founder of Argyle Capital Partners, a Registered Investment Advisory firm based in Los Angeles which he manages with his business partner, Josh Rudoy. Adam grew up in a small town in Connecticut, where he attended middle school and high school with Greg Willsey—the first person to hit a home run off his pitching in Little League. Adam and Greg both ended up in Southern California via different paths but have continued their friendship in business.
Adam is a graduate of Tufts University in Boston where he studied Mechanical Engineering and Finance, captained the Men’s Varsity Tennis Team, and served on the Senior Leadership Committee. Today, Adam lives on the west side of Los Angeles and is still avid tennis player, skier (not in Los Angeles), and donates time and resources to causes that support underprivileged youths.

Matthew grew up in Albuquerque New Mexico, where he gained a love for the mountains and sports, mainly football and basketball. His entire career has been devoted to fitness and wellness, starting with 24 Hour Fitness and then moving to XSport where he rose through the ranks over his seven years there in the Chicagoland area to become General Manager, overseeing nine locations and 200 staff members.

In 2012, Matthew became the first Orangetheory employee in the state of California and eventually managed 44 locations with over 400 employees. He was named OTF’s National Regional Manager six years in a row and ended up owning two locations. He and his wife Adrianna make their home in Woodland Hills which they share with their family cat. They enjoy travel, golf and relaxing at the beach.
